Note to readers: Herman returned to Hero's homecoming. The younger brother of Harvey Wilson Born March 16, 1908 , who died from slate fall in Mining injuries Aug. 11, 1945 at the age -37 yrs old-Catherine Miracle recalled visiting Harvey in Harlan Hospital and indicated Harvey had a lot of pain from the three breaks in spine.

Herman is the son of "Ike" Wilson, a miner and brothers Ed, Joe, "Sil" and brother in law Ward Miracle, all miners from Balkan.
